After taking a taxi to the hotel and resting a bit, we took a walk around the neighborhood and found The Greenhouse Restaurant. Yum! Black bean soup and tostones (fried plaintains) for Meredith, a burger and fries for Michael; beer (Michael) and sangria (Meredith), yum! Afterwards we walked down one more block to the beach and (literally) got our feet wet. Fun!
Now to rest, shower, and then head to a late dinner in a few hours at Marmelade, voted #1 in San Juan on Tripadvisor.com! To be continued...
